I just experienced a sewer backup problem and didn't know who to call. I tried roto-rooter and they were unable to clear the clog. That's when I called Power Rooter. Ray Skara from Power Rooter convinced me to try again (I was inclined to have a tv truck come out and get ready for some excavating). Ray came up and was able to un-clog the drain.

Ray was very professional and informative. Throughout the process Power-Rooter was good in communicating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called at 2pm and set up an appointment at 6:30pm the same day.. They came out (on time) and took care of my very badly drained shower drain within the hour. I will definitely use in the future for all of my emergency plumbing problems.

We had a clogged toilet on a Saturday and needed to have it fixed quickly before heading out of town for a wedding. Ray was able to get here within the hour and fix our toilet so we could make it to the wedding on time. It was also about $200 less than other companies were quoting us over the phone. We would definitely use them again.

I had a badly clogged sewer pipe and Ray came out and worked for over 2 hours to get it opened again. He was able to rod from a different drain than any other plumbers had thought of. He pulled out several tree roots and worked super hard to ensure that the pipe was clean. Definitely worth the price. Would definitely use again.

Sewer Rodding Relief

Ray, was personable, courteous, thorough, and conscientious. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our problem and informed us of a potentially very costly situation. He communicated with us honestly through out the entire process. We bought a renovated home that had not been taken care of at all. The sewer was almost completely clogged. Ray went the extra mile and tried serval different ways to unclogged the sewer line so that it would not cost us a great deal of money. He came back the next day and through his patience, dilegence and expertise he was able to resolve the problem. This problem was causing me to lose sleep because of mine concern that the alternative solution might cost us thousands of dollars to fix because the previous owner of the home had been lazy and totally irresponsible in caring for the property. Ray's expert knowledge, professionalism, thoroughnes, and conscientiousness saved us well over $700.00 from what we might have had to spend with someone else who did not have his dedication to customer service. I would gladly and confidently recommend him to anyone else that might need this type of work done on their home
